After 5 played minutes, klide13's Samy Jauffret shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Orain Abendano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in klide13 reached it. Guillen Abastas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Samy Jauffret had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Clodio Abalos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaud Bouffard in the 21st minute of play forced Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goalkeeper Orain Abendano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eder Abella's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bixente Poli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Bixente Poli made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Eder Abella sent off a good shot on target. Eder Abella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bixente Poli having to interfere. In the 31st minute Amancio Abechuco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bixente Poli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orain Abendano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaud Bouffard in the 32nd minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Eder Abella sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bixente Poli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 44 minutes into the game, Théodore Gilles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. klide13's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pepsi Fuchibol Clu the free kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 51st match minute, klide13 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavien Pirat to maneuver through the defense. Clodio Abalos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Bixente Poli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, klide13's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Abechuco came free, but Bixente Poli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Pepsi Fuchibol Clu getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Clodio Abalos hit a great ball. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Orain Abendano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Pepsi Fuchibol Clu from getting a goal against them. Bob Curtil kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Waldir Abendano couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 65th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for klide13. Orain Abendano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Théodore Gilles in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goalkeeper Orain Abendano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Théodore Gilles. Mincho Abadia struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Bixente Poli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pepsi Fuchibol Clu. klide13 made a substitution. Daryl Calon replaced Arnaud Bouffard. 78 minutes into the match, klide13's goal looked a bit too open when Mincho Abadia came free, but Bixente Poli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eder Abella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A hard shot 83 in the game by Théodore Gilles from a close distance when the talented Orain Abendano managed to make a qualified save. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's players were relieved. The supporters of Pepsi Fuchibol Clu booed when klide13 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evan Lyon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amancio Abechuco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bixente Poli having to interfere. After 95 played minutes Pepsi Fuchibol Clu got a freekick which was hit by Guillen Abastas. 96 minutes into the match, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goalkeeper Orain Abendano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daryl Calon. After 98 minutes Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Samy Jauffret who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Théodore Gilles heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
