Harald Myr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyprien Bénard in the 3rd minute of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Bernt Hellkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Xavier Freitas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Harald Myr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corentin Serre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, Corentin Serre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harald Myr was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Gaétan Recher might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harald Myr. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaétan Recher ran back to his position shaking his head. Cyprien Bénard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harald Myr read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. A collision led to En avant de guingamp getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Thierry Bianchini hit a great ball. Harald Myr made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thierry Bianchini in the 18th minute. Davy Patron hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Jens-Ola Samuelsson struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Xavier Freitas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kronan. After 26 played minutes Kronan got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Hellkvist. En avant de guingamp's Xavier Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Arhenius in the 29th minute of play. Xavier Freitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casper Tunander in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of En avant de guingamp booed when Kronan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zebastian Tunberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Thierry Bianchini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. En avant de guingamp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thierry Bianchini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernt Hellkvist's late challenge caught a En avant de guingamp's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernt Hellkvist helped the player get up and apologised. Bernt Hellkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. A collision led to Kronan getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Ola Nordin hit a great ball. Vincent Troubat was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 43rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 47 minutes, Félicien Maître mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the En avant de guingamp and the Kronan players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, En avant de guingamp's Félicien Maître got a free kick in the 48th minute. Jens-Ola Samuelsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Xavier Freitas. En avant de guingamp's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Harald Myr made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Corentin Serre in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute Corentin Serre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harald Myr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zebastian Tunberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavier Freitas having to interfere. Zebastian Tunberg hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute of the match Vincent Troubat shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Harald Myr showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Harald Myr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyprien Bénard in the 76th minute of the match. Johan Grelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Harald Myr made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyprien Bénard in the 81st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Corentin Serre in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harald Myr prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Kronan getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Jens-Ola Samuelsson hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Corentin Serre put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Harald Myr. When En avant de guingamp's Gaétan Recher in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kronan's goalie prevented a goal. Harald Myr made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyprien Bénard in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Gaétan Recher left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The En avant de guingamp fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. There was no doubt that En avant de guingamp were the better team. En avant de guingamp's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
