Spectators: 7698 (Terracing: 5880, Seating: 1802, VIP seats: 16) FC Dundee's Toomas Lasso started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Schorsch Schmalzbauer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tom Are was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Tom Are was a little too slow when Schorsch Schmalzbauer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 2-0. 14 minutes into the match, Vänge IF's Schorsch Schmalzbauer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tom Are narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tom Are took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Schorsch Schmalzbauer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the game, Schorsch Schmalzbauer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tom Are. Schorsch Schmalzbauer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. In the 39th minute, Vänge IF's Schorsch Schmalzbauer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tom Are. Tom Are yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Vänge IF's Schorsch Schmalzbauer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tom Are. That made the score 5-0 after 43 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juan Lebron made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Vänge IF's Raşit Timuroz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tom Are narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tom Are didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raşit Timuroz went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Tom Are took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Lebron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FC Dundee's Andrus Toiger got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute, Raşit Timuroz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juan Lebron took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tom Are. Tom Are dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. 82 minutes into the game, Vänge IF's Raşit Timuroz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tom Are made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. In the 86th minute, Juan Lebron made a precise shot to the right of Tom Are. FC Dundee's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. 90 minutes into the match, Raşit Timuroz notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of FC Dundee's Tom Are. Tom Are was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tom Are didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raşit Timuroz went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Vänge IF fully deserved thier win.
