Aioros FC's Yoel Yzarra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roano Santome in the 18th minute of play. With a little luck, Ulan Bator Football Club's Etienne van Hacht got control of the ball when Rayman Alayz tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Ulan Bator Football Club getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Dyllan Cools hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Roano Santome hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute of the match, Rayman Alayz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Etienne van Hacht saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The wind increased when Roano Santome made the kick off in the second half. When Rayman Alayz came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Aioros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rayman Alayz couldn't finish the play. 70 minutes into the match, Roano Santome notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Aioros FC's Yoel Yzarra. Yoel Yzarra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Ronaldo Urraca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Etienne van Hacht was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. The Aioros FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Ulan Bator Football Club to win.
