Washington Cavalcante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Garate in the 4th minute of the match. Lotan Otto came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Roque Clementi could save by the left post. Washington Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Esiquio in the 19th minute of play. The corner ended in Ladislao Herena almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Washington Cavalcante did a great save. 26 minutes into the match, LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's João Vítor Meireles sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roque Clementi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as João Vítor Meireles kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roque Clementi. That made the score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. Ademir Siqueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Leandro Garate made a precise shot to the right of Washington Cavalcante. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Ladislao Herena charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ladislao Herena the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st minute of the match Celsinho Carneiro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roque Clementi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lotan Otto succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 46th playminute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for João Vítor Meireles to strike the kick off in the second half. Ademir Siqueira's late challenge caught a Alijilán returns's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ademir Siqueira helped the player get up and apologised. After 52 played minutes LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC got a freekick which was hit by Ademir Siqueira. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Washington Cavalcante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Garate in the 54th minute of play. Leandro Garate recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roque Clementi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lotan Otto in the 66th minute of the match. After having played for 67 minutes, Ruben Tipi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alijilán returns's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruben Tipi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Celsinho Carneiro got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Joel Teles got a free kick in the 79th minute. A collision led to Alijilán returns getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Simon Bautista hit a great ball. The supporters of LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC booed when Alijilán returns was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladislao Herena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alijilán returns's Roque Clementi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lotan Otto in the 82nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zé Paulo Ortiz in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roque Clementi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
