Spectators: 7736 (Terracing: 5803, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adam Bareiro took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jorge Valério came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Spams's Emanuel Mouricio. But to his dismay, Emanuel Mouricio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Spams booed when Ponte do Carro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Mascarenhas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Spams's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Mascarenhas came free, but Maximino Urtsin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Adam Bareiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Valério was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Spams's Leonardo Indalecio got a free kick in the 12th minute. Spams's Maximino Urtsin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Spams from getting a goal against them. Jorge Valério showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Bareiro in the 26th minute of the match. A collision led to Ponte do Carro getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Noel Pacheco hit a great ball. Maximino Urtsin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dionisio Ramos in the 32nd minute. Maximino Urtsin made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Dionisio Ramos sent off a good shot on target. Adam Bareiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Jorge Valério tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Adam Bareiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Valério was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. When Leonardo Indalecio fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Spams's protests and gave Leonardo Indalecio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th match minute, Spams was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Indalecio to maneuver through the defense. Florencio Gimenez kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dionisio Ramos got free with Maximino Urtsin in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th minute, Florencio Gimenez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Spams's Herminio Escobar was substituted for Adam Bareiro. Spams made a substitution. Andrej Kramarić replaced Gaspar Pacho. After 48 played minutes Spams got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Gimenez.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dionisio Ramos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in Spams fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! Herminio Escobars short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Jorge Valério to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Noel Pacheco kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Jorge Valério showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Maximino Urtsin came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Ponte do Carro's Israel Salazar. But to his dismay, Israel Salazar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 73 minutes into the match, Spams's goal looked a bit too open when António Guerra came free, but Maximino Urtsin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noel Pacheco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Spams's Americo Matia was substituted for Emanuel Mouricio. When Cristóvão Caetano fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ponte do Carro's protests and gave Cristóvão Caetano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th minute, Cristóvão Caetano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ponte do Carro's Jorge Valério proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Ponte do Carro from getting a goal against them. Adelino Patrício's late challenge caught a Spams's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adelino Patrício helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 98th minute, when Spams's Domagoj Vida after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Jorge Valério in Ponte do Carro's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. Jorge Valério took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Escobar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Spams's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Ponte do Carro had won, even though Spams had held more of the ball.
