The supporters of VERDOLAGA CITY FC booed when FC ICEWIND DALE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hieronim Cerocki didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the match, FC ICEWIND DALE's goal looked a bit too open when Iratxo Arizmendi came free, but Bernard Wietrzychowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Gilen Vicuña got a free kick in the 9th minute. 10 minutes into the game, Adrian Mutu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Reynaldo Oso. Adrian Mutu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. A collision led to FC ICEWIND DALE getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Patryk Ranowiecki hit a great ball. Bernard Wietrzychowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iratxo Arizmendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernard Wietrzychowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bikendi Axeitos in the 19th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes VERDOLAGA CITY FC got a freekick which was hit by Gutierrre Camacho. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Mutu in the 21st minute of play forced VERDOLAGA CITY FC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Oso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd match minute, VERDOLAGA CITY FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexis Henríquez to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FC ICEWIND DALE getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Patryk Ranowiecki hit a great ball. Reynaldo Oso made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Adrian Mutu sent off a good shot on target. Wladyslaw Brytka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reynaldo Oso having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adrian Mutu got free with Reynaldo Oso in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st match minute, VERDOLAGA CITY FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilen Vicuña to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of FC ICEWIND DALE booed when VERDOLAGA CITY FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilen Vicuña didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bikendi Axeitos made a kick off. Bikendi Axeitoss short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Bernard Wietrzychowski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. FC ICEWIND DALE's Robert Kasprzak got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th minute Adrian Mutu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Oso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 played minutes VERDOLAGA CITY FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Cuesta. When Hieronim Cerocki fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC ICEWIND DALE's protests and gave Hieronim Cerocki a yellow card for diving instead. FC ICEWIND DALE made a substitution. Beniamin Cieliczka replaced Hieronim Cerocki. In the 73rd minute, Hieronim Cerocki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iratxo Arizmendi in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernard Wietrzychowski saved FC ICEWIND DALE from getting behind. Reynaldo Oso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robert Kasprzak went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 81st minute, Adrian Mutu made a precise shot to the right of Reynaldo Oso. VERDOLAGA CITY FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Reynaldo Oso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patryk Ranowiecki went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. If Patryk Ranowiecki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wladyslaw Brytka in the 91st minute of play forced VERDOLAGA CITY FC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Oso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, Gilen Vicuña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Adrian Mutu put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Reynaldo Oso. When the referee ended the match the FC ICEWIND DALE players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
