In the 16th minute, Ömer Erdem got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ali Nabi Eskioğlu made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Michael Ekgren sent off a good shot on target. Ömer Erdem blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Douglas Wassenius having to make a save. Douglas Wassenius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ömer Erdem in the 21st minute of play. With a little luck, Andırın SK's Ali Nabi Eskioğlu got control of the ball when Michael Ekgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Kenny Sjögren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ömer Erdem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. But to his dismay, Ömer Erdem quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cumhur Atasan during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Andırın SK getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Cumhur Atasan hit a great ball. Douglas Wassenius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cumhur Atasan, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Egil Hellström hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Ömer Erdem charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ömer Erdem the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Andırın SK's Ömer Erdem got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute, Andırın SK's Yavuz Selim Özkan seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Yavuz Selim Özkan the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Andırın SK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Yavuz Selim Özkan had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Käka Puck BK booed when Andırın SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yavuz Selim Özkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cumhur Atasan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Douglas Wassenius made a huge save. 77 minutes into the match, Käka Puck BK's goalkeeper Douglas Wassenius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cumhur Atasan. Egil Hellström made in the 89th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Nils-Erik Lundström however managed to control. If Ruhi Ağırtaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michael Ekgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Kent Andreasson fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Käka Puck BK's protests and gave Kent Andreasson a yellow card for diving instead. After 96 played minutes Käka Puck BK got a freekick which was hit by Kent Andreasson. In the 98th minute, Cumhur Atasan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Andırın SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Andırın SK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
