Käka Puck BK's Kent Valler was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 4th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Douglas Wassenius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Östen Säf in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Robin Holmberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Bengt Almkvist fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lobster if's protests and gave Bengt Almkvist a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Lobster if getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Bengt Almkvist hit a great ball. The supporters of Käka Puck BK booed when Lobster if was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Holmberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robin Holmberg in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Douglas Wassenius saved Käka Puck BK from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Kent Valler kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ralf Mattsson. That made the score 2-1 in the 21 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lobster if's Per-Åke Isaksson got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 31stth minute of the game Kent Valler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lobster if's Ralf Mattsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ralf Mattsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Valler in the 33rd minute of play. Käka Puck BK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nils-Erik Lundström in the 34th minute. Nils-Erik Lundström made a great header on Käka Puck BK's corner, it was just that Lobster if's Ralf Mattsson managed to reach the ball for a save. When Käka Puck BK's Kent Valler in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lobster if's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sture Lundqvist got free with Ralf Mattsson in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ralf Mattsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Valler, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 48thth minute of the game Kent Valler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lobster if's Ralf Mattsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robin Holmberg to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Kent Valler put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ralf Mattsson. Ralf Mattsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kent Valler's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Käka Puck BK's Douglas Wassenius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Holmberg in the 60th minute of play. In the 61stth minute of the game Kent Valler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lobster if's Ralf Mattsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robin Holmberg in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Douglas Wassenius saved Käka Puck BK from getting behind. In the 66th minute, Kent Valler ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ralf Mattsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 71st minute Kent Valler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ralf Mattsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Käka Puck BK's Sture Lundqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ralf Mattsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Käka Puck BK booed when Lobster if was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Holmberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the game, one of Käka Puck BK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Östen Säf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 87 played minutes Käka Puck BK got a freekick which was hit by Malcolm Bergsten. Ralf Mattsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sture Lundqvist in the 90th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Wester in the 91st minute of play forced Lobster if's goalkeeper Ralf Mattsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute Kent Valler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ralf Mattsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kent Valler in the 94th minute of play forced Lobster if's goalkeeper Ralf Mattsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 98 minutes into the match, Lobster if's goal looked a bit too open when Sture Lundqvist came free, but Ralf Mattsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Käka Puck BK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
