When FV Wienerwald's Roman Diel, in the 7th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for FV Wienerwald. Roland Latabár kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After 10 played minutes ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ got a freekick which was hit by Szabolcs Szarka. Kai van de Sand, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Patrik Nagy hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrik Nagy in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tim Hebel saved FV Wienerwald from getting behind. Sven-Christian Kaindl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Bálint Bodnár made a huge save. Tim Hebel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gergő Tisza, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 37th match minute, FV Wienerwald was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Louis Remmers to maneuver through the defense. Bálint Bodnár made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Christian Kaindl in the 40th minute. When Jörg Moratschke fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FV Wienerwald's protests and gave Jörg Moratschke a yellow card for diving instead. After 45 played minutes FV Wienerwald got a freekick which was hit by Jörg Moratschke. The referee felt a red card was in order, 47 minutes into the game, when Szabolcs Szarka put in a rough tackle. A collision led to ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Szabolcs Szarka hit a great ball. Kai van de Sand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jörg Moratschke was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Jörg Moratschke made a precise shot to the right of Bálint Bodnár. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 58 minutes into the match, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Christian Kaindl came free, but Bálint Bodnár reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on FV Wienerwald's corner Kai van de Sand fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bálint Bodnár quite easily take care of the ball. 67 minutes into the match, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's goal looked a bit too open when Jörg Moratschke came free, but Bálint Bodnár reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kornél Laczkó during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 69 played minutes ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ got a freekick which was hit by Kornél Laczkó. Kornél Laczkó kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Christian Kaindl in the 90th minute of play forced ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's goalkeeper Bálint Bodnár to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Bálint Bodnár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Christian Kaindl in the 95th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FV Wienerwald.
