Spectators: 7789 (Terracing: 5843, Seating: 1791, VIP seats: 155) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ovidiu Spirea took the kick off in the first half of the match. 8 minutes into the match, De Pelgrims's goal looked a bit too open when Sune Sjöberg came free, but Laurens Oosterman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sjaak Scheffer got free with Marcellus Baumann in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 16 played minutes De Pelgrims got a freekick which was hit by Jordi Meijer. Marcellus Baumann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dirk Talsma in the 19th minute of play. In the 28th match minute, De Pelgrims was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elbert Spanjer to maneuver through the defense. After 29 played minutes, Halkus Valkus BK's Uku Vana shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Laurens Oosterman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Halkus Valkus BK reached it. In the 36th minute, Andy Pihlwall made a precise shot to the right of Laurens Oosterman. De Pelgrims's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Marcellus Baumann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tonnie Ter's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. After 40 played minutes Halkus Valkus BK got a freekick which was hit by Andy Pihlwall. The De Pelgrims players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Halkus Valkus BK were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sjaak Scheffer was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the De Pelgrims defense, Sven Alebom kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Laurens Oosterman. The De Pelgrims fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laurens Oosterman should have stopped the shot. After 59 played minutes De Pelgrims got a freekick which was hit by Tonnie Ter. A collision led to De Pelgrims getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Tonnie Ter hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klas Fransson in the 71st minute of play forced De Pelgrims's goalkeeper Laurens Oosterman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Halkus Valkus BK's Uku Vana to fire away a dangerous shot which Laurens Oosterman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Amanda Ilestedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, De Pelgrims's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidiu Spirea came free, but Laurens Oosterman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Halkus Valkus BK's goalkeeper Marcellus Baumann, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Halkus Valkus BK's Sune Sjöberg got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Halkus Valkus BK's Malte Stenman was substituted for Andy Pihlwall. Sune Sjöberg hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Halkus Valkus BK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than De Pelgrims.
