Nelson Insfrán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Mino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Rob Singer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teofilo Federigo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Teofilo Federigo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rob Singer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 29 minute of play. Werner Uhl came free with the goalkeeper in the 32nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Teofilo Federigo could save by the left post. Nelson Insfrán didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafael Hondo went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Palermo's Teofilo Federigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rob Singer in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th match minute, EL LOBO DE MIAMI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tyron Jacobsen to maneuver through the defense. Flint Castillo De Reyes kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. With a little luck, Palermo's Teofilo Federigo got control of the ball when Werner Uhl tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Palermo's Javier Bazkoare got a free kick in the 46th minute.
The wind increased when Rafael Hondo made the kick off in the second half. Teofilo Federigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flint Castillo De Reyes in the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute Rafael Hondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson Insfrán saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teofilo Federigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flint Castillo De Reyes, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 65th minute, Palermo's Uriel Georgiev ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nelson Insfrán. Nelson Insfrán yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. Teofilo Federigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Werner Uhl, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Teofilo Federigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rob Singer in the 73rd minute of the match. After having played for 76 minutes, Werner Uhl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Werner Uhl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Werner Uhl in the 79th minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Teofilo Federigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute Werner Uhl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Federigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, EL LOBO DE MIAMI's goalkeeper Nelson Insfrán had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Uriel Georgiev. In the 89th minute of the match EL LOBO DE MIAMI got a corner. Palermo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. In the 95th minute Werner Uhl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Federigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Palermo's Uriel Georgiev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nelson Insfrán made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Palermo were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
