Spectators: 7678 (Terracing: 5759, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Julian Bielecki took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the game, Jerzy Rasiak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galaxy Team U18's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SK Dreigoten the free kick. After a rather tough play, Galaxy Team U18's Jerzy Rasiak got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Cornelis Meys recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cornelis Meys in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Izydor Nowakowski saved Galaxy Team U18 from getting behind. The referee felt a red card was in order, 11 minutes into the game, when Octavian De Strijcker put in a rough tackle. In the 11th match minute, SK Dreigoten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavian De Strijcker to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the game, Cornelis Meys cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Izydor Nowakowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 18 played minutes SK Dreigoten got a freekick which was hit by Augustijn van Hacht. Julian Bielecki hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Galaxy Team U18's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelis Meys came free, but Izydor Nowakowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SK Dreigoten's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jacky Wauters in the 27th minute. The corner ended in Jacky Wauters almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Galaxy Team U18's Izydor Nowakowski did a great save. After some careless play in the Galaxy Team U18 defense, Cornelis Meys kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Izydor Nowakowski. The Galaxy Team U18 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Izydor Nowakowski should have stopped the shot. Izydor Nowakowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornelis Meys in the 37th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cornelis Meys in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Izydor Nowakowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Izydor Nowakowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cornelis Meys went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The supporters of SK Dreigoten booed when Galaxy Team U18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cezary Panikowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half SK Dreigoten were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cornelis Meys was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Fryderyk Wolicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Cornelis Meys put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Izydor Nowakowski. SK Dreigoten's Jo Maerschalcx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Bielecki in the 67th minute of play. Izydor Nowakowski was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jacky Wauters. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Cornelis Meys took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Izydor Nowakowski to make any attempt to save it. 80 minutes into the match, Gilbert Tobaczewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jo Maerschalcx. SK Dreigoten's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilbert Tobaczewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Izydor Nowakowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelis Meys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute Augustijn van Hacht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izydor Nowakowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
