Oséas Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silverio Prior, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lenílson Palmeira came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Febre Amarela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lenílson Palmeira couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, FC Pepe Burrón's Ricart Socarras got control of the ball when Lenílson Palmeira tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Febre Amarela's Hélio Senna got a free kick in the 21st minute. Oséas Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucca Payet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 minutes Febre Amarela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frasco Rolan who took care of the corner kick. When Frasco Rolan came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the FC Pepe Burrón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frasco Rolan couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rubinho Loyola during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rubinho Loyola kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Oséas Netto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Prior, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucca Payet in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oséas Netto saved Febre Amarela from getting behind. In the 40th minute, Severino Tinoco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severino Tinoco kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute of the match Elazar Bañuelos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oséas Netto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Lucca Payet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Pepe Burrón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucca Payet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Washington Lago made a kick off. Hélio Senna charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hélio Senna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hélio Senna hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 52nd minute of the match Frasco Rolan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oséas Netto skillfully saved the ball. In the 53rd match minute, FC Pepe Burrón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xaime Rubalcava to maneuver through the defense. Febre Amarela's Oséas Netto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Febre Amarela from getting a goal against them. 60 minutes into the game, Lenílson Palmeira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ricart Socarras was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 68th minute of the match Severino Tinoco shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ricart Socarras showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luís Fernando Massa hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Silverio Prior left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Pepe Burrón fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Rodolfo Avendaño blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oséas Netto having to make a save. 77 minutes into the match, FC Pepe Burrón's goal looked a bit too open when Washington Lago came free, but Ricart Socarras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricart Socarras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ricart Socarras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Fernando Massa in the 86th minute of the match. In the 95th match minute, FC Pepe Burrón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frasco Rolan to maneuver through the defense. Severino Tinoco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Pepe Burrón had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
