When Sendoa Aballe fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Mandarina Mecánica's protests and gave Sendoa Aballe a yellow card for diving instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Goito Abar couldn't finish the play. Plaza Jewell's Marcelino Guerrero was substituted for Filiberto Gar. 48 minutes into the match, Domingo Orlondo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Perico Abellaneda. La Mandarina Mecánica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domingo Orlondo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. The La Mandarina Mecánica players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Plaza Jewell were winning 2-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelo Abastas to strike the kick off in the second half. Gilberto Oriol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elvio Turi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Txilar Abeita in the 59th minute of the match. Domingo Orlondo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Perico Abellaneda made a huge save. After having played for 66 minutes, Aquiles Jon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Plaza Jewell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquiles Jon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Plaza Jewell's goal looked a bit too open when Txilar Abeita came free, but Elvio Turi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Plaza Jewell's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Abastas came free, but Elvio Turi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Txilar Abeita in the 82nd minute of play forced Plaza Jewell's goalkeeper Elvio Turi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elvio Turi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Txilar Abeita, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Sendoa Aballe struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Elvio Turi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Mandarina Mecánica. Plaza Jewell's Jaime Nuxila was substituted for Marcelino Guerrero. Elvio Turi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Txilar Abeita in the 90th minute of the match. The Plaza Jewell players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented La Mandarina Mecánica from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
