The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The throw-in from Remigio Salbatore in the 16th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Estudiantes de América's Ricardo Caton. In the 18th minute Ezequiel Luke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Carrizo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Estudiantes de América's Pascual Acosta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermosilla Concha in the 25th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de América's goal looked a bit too open when Hermosilla Concha came free, but Pascual Acosta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Estudiantes de América's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Hermosilla Concha scored to the left of an out of position Pascual Acosta, making the score, 1-0. In the 29th minute, Ildefonso Balesio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th play minute Dexter Morgan came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Pascual Acosta. 2-0. Thanks to some nice moves Hermosilla Concha could shoot a difficult shot in the 39th minute, which Pascual Acosta however easily saved by the left post. In the 46th minute, Ezequiel Luke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Estudiantes de América's Elias Argoitz was substituted for Denis Mon. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elias Argoitz to make the kick off. Pascual Acosta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermosilla Concha in the 53rd minute of the match. River Plate ® 9-12's Amadeo Carrizo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Ourente in the 55th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Elias Argoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estudiantes de América's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Argoitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeo Carrizo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61stth minute of the game Filiberto Ourente who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but River Plate ® 9-12's Amadeo Carrizo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rollin Stones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Ricardo Caton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Estudiantes de América's Pascual Acosta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rollin Stones in the 73rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Melchor Evarado could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which Amadeo Carrizo however easily saved by the left post. Pascual Acosta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermosilla Concha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 83 minutes of play, River Plate ® 9-12's Hermosilla Concha made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pascual Acosta was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Estudiantes de América getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Eriberto Tancredo hit a great ball. Pascual Acosta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermosilla Concha in the 94th minute of the match. River Plate ® 9-12's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
