After 44 played minutes, Socavon FC's Danel Franquis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aaron Karlstedt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Socavon FC reached it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Marcelo Erruki made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE's Aaron Karlstedt got control of the ball when Mijailo Mudryk tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute Santo Pablo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Karlstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Socavon FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
