An unexpectedly hard shot by Denizhan Durhal in the 3rd minute of play forced Ajax Poland's goalkeeper Lucjan Nalaskowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucjan Nalaskowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patric Bierhoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the match, Ajax Poland's goal looked a bit too open when Patric Bierhoff came free, but Lucjan Nalaskowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waclaw Poremba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Rüknettin Bağdaş made a huge save. The Ajax Poland players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ASLANAS were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patric Bierhoff stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kajetan Hajto in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rüknettin Bağdaş saved ASLANAS from getting behind. Tan Ümit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Lucjan Nalaskowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
