A collision led to FFC Merainies 03 getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Rolf Mulders hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, FFC Merainies 03's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard de Amorim came free, but Heiko Som reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agostinho Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heiko Som having to interfere. In the 24th minute Erben Medgyesi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomás Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FFC Merainies 03's Rolf Mulders got a free kick in the 26th minute. Genílson Paraense took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Heiko Som. Heiko Som dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. FFC Merainies 03's Heiko Som played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genílson Paraense in the 38th minute of play. Agostinho Proença charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Agostinho Proença the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 41 played minutes 【¡Hālā Μāđяιđ CF!】 got a freekick which was hit by Agostinho Proença. In the 43rd minute, Raimundo Marinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 43 minutes, Herbert Springelkamp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FFC Merainies 03's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herbert Springelkamp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, 【¡Hālā Μāđяιđ CF!】's Thomás Costa got control of the ball when Annar Bemmel tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agostinho Proença was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bert Bemmel during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bert Bemmel hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Heiko Som stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Genílson Paraense's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Thomás Costa came out of the goal and Annar Bemmel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute, Edgard de Amorim made a precise shot to the right of Heiko Som. FFC Merainies 03's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Rafael van Zeggeren managed to get in a good position for a shot. FFC Merainies 03's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael van Zeggeren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomás Costa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67th minute, Bert Bemmel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th match minute, FFC Merainies 03 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bert Bemmel to maneuver through the defense. 【¡Hālā Μāđяιđ CF!】 made a substitution. Olívio Secco replaced Edgard de Amorim. Heiko Som made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genílson Paraense in the 83rd minute of play. Juarês Madureira struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Heiko Som didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 【¡Hālā Μāđяιđ CF!】.
