The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ermegildo Pacorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radowit Bycofski in the 4th minute of play. Guido Bautista didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 8th minute. Club Almirante Brown's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylwester Bejrut in the 12th minute of play forced Club Almirante Brown's goalkeeper Ermegildo Pacorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Club Almirante Brown getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Felix Gines hit a great ball. Solustiano Partarroyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Abad, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 18 minutes into the match, FC Saxon's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Abad came free, but Solustiano Partarroyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Jan Nowacki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Pacorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zygmunt Kon kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Bautista got free with Solustiano Partarroyo in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Solustiano Partarroyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Gines, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Saxon's zone, Guido Bautista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Solustiano Partarroyo came out of the goal and Guido Bautista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Club Almirante Brown's Prospero Abad got a free kick in the 46th minute. After 48 minutes of play, FC Saxon's Radowit Bycofski made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ermegildo Pacorro was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jan Nowacki to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Club Almirante Brown's Ermegildo Pacorro got control of the ball when Radowit Bycofski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 62nd minute Jan Nowacki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Pacorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Iwan Zieba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guido Bautista hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Solustiano Partarroyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Bautista in the 83rd minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Club Almirante Brown's goal looked a bit too open when Sylwester Bejrut came free, but Ermegildo Pacorro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC Saxon getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Leonel Martins hit a great ball. After 94 played minutes Club Almirante Brown got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Lorencio. Ermegildo Pacorro was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Zygmunt Kon. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Club Almirante Brown fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Saxon had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
