When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Ahmet Hasan Remzi took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Basarab Marincean to make any attempt to save it. Akşemseddin Taran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franky Ooms, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, 61 Büyük Türk FK's Lucas-Sebastian Armanjani Nasralla got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute Franky Ooms shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akşemseddin Taran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, 61 Büyük Türk FK's goal looked a bit too open when Franky Ooms came free, but Akşemseddin Taran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Basarab Marincean made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Ahmet Hasan Remzi sent off a good shot on target. Ahmet Hasan Remzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute, Valentin Voicu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Buffalo Timişoara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After some careless play in the 61 Büyük Türk FK defense, Valentin Voicu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Akşemseddin Taran. The 61 Büyük Türk FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Akşemseddin Taran should have stopped the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Franky Ooms made a kick off. When the referee blew the final whistle, 61 Büyük Türk FK could leave the field as winners, despite Buffalo Timişoara having more of the ball for most of the match.
