In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Vítor Saraiva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Christian Proença notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Fractal FC's Urbano Firman. Urbano Firman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 33 minutes, Renan da Fonseca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Imbituba - FSCMZ and the Fractal FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lúcio Proença made a kick off. If Jonathan Loren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victor Idacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor Saraiva having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Fractal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lúcio Proença came free, but Urbano Firman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd match minute, Imbituba - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Monteiro to maneuver through the defense. Vítor Saraiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moises Iago in the 64th minute. Feliciano Sustrai kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Jonathan Loren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fractal FC's Urbano Firman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lúcio Proença in the 91st minute of play. Jorge Monteiro hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Vítor Saraiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Idacio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lúcio Proença during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
