David Seaman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. David Seaman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arkadiusz Walec in the 14th minute of play. Arkadiusz Walec took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Seaman. David Seaman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ronaldo Nazário De Lima struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Espen Granerud didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Linghed Angels FC. David Seaman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arkadiusz Walec in the 32nd minute of the match. Nikki Elin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Espen Granerud having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldo Nazário De Lima in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Espen Granerud prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Espen Granerud made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Ronaldo Nazário De Lima sent off a good shot on target. In the 45th minute Witalis Tamulewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Seaman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Linghed Angels FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Leonard Berg hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arkadiusz Walec stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nikki Elin hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Arkadiusz Walec left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hahay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Hahay's Mariusz Olejarz was substituted for Gökmen Parshan.
