Andrézinho Pelé started the match with the kick off. Silas Maraschin kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Bican Lebib successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 38 minutes of play, FC MIDWAY's Edelmiro Senin made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paco Zamora was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rogelio Otsando hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Senin in the 43rd minute of play forced RB Chubut's goalkeeper Paco Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edelmiro Senin to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niles Moran in the 55th minute of play forced FC MIDWAY's goalkeeper Bican Lebib to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Jerrald, 58 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 76th match minute, RB Chubut was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Quico to maneuver through the defense. FC MIDWAY's Bican Lebib played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niles Moran in the 81st minute of play. Niles Moran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lázaro Quico charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lázaro Quico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC MIDWAY getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Ömer Omerović hit a great ball. 99 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC MIDWAY's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fabian Jerrald was slow to take the kick. During this time RB Chubut's players had a chance to rest. The corner led RB Chubut's Fabian Jerrald to fire away a dangerous shot which Bican Lebib despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
