Spectators: 7471 (Terracing: 5604, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Baldomero Ovando kicked off to start the match. Barney Torpey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomero Ovando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Piers Deacon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the game, Cristo Bermudo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Barney Torpey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 13th minute Filiberto Gombal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barney Torpey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Deportivo Mukenio booed when Osfinch FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trevor Wells didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barney Torpey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Ovando in the 15th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Baldomero Ovando cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Barney Torpey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Barney Torpey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Ovando in the 22nd minute of the match. Barney Torpey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Polo in the 23rd minute of play. Barney Torpey came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Mukenio's Gualterio Polo. But to his dismay, Gualterio Polo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Barney Torpey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Ovando in the 33rd minute of play. Barney Torpey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filiberto Gombal in the 34th minute of play. Jerome Sutton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Osfinch FC's Barney Torpey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Ovando in the 42nd minute of play. Gualterio Polo kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Baldomero Ovando made a precise shot to the right of Barney Torpey. Osfinch FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Jerome Sutton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquilino Prejun was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Barney Torpey made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Baldomero Ovando sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Ovando in the 58th minute of play forced Osfinch FC's goalkeeper Barney Torpey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 59 minutes of play, Deportivo Mukenio's Justo Ferrer made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Barney Torpey was left in no man's land by his defense there! Micheal Prendergast fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Prejun having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Mukenio's zone, Trevor Wells stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquilino Prejun came out of the goal and Trevor Wells tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filiberto Gombal might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Barney Torpey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filiberto Gombal ran back to his position shaking his head. Osfinch FC's Barney Torpey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Osfinch FC from getting a goal against them. Barney Torpey made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Cristo Bermudo sent off a good shot on target. Piers Deacon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Prejun having to interfere.
