After some careless play in the Airborne FC defense, Remigiusz Golec kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diamantino de Queiroz. The Airborne FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diamantino de Queiroz should have stopped the shot. In the 33rd match minute, Olympique Gdynia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miromir Niziolek to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute, Edinho Fernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Kléberson Meireles made the kick off in the second half. When Miromir Niziolek came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Olympique Gdynia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miromir Niziolek couldn't finish the play. Olympique Gdynia's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
