Juventus FSCMZ's zone, Stanford Dodge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Mangueira came out of the goal and Stanford Dodge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carson Seals during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 5th minute, Carson Seals hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Salgado in the 7th minute of play forced Nomads Football Club's goalkeeper Sean Deaton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Léo Donato could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Sean Deaton made a huge save. 12 minutes into the match, Nomads Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Arlindo Silveira came free, but Sean Deaton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute of the match, Luciano Salgado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sean Deaton saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sean Deaton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Salgado in the 20th minute of the match. The supporters of G.E. Juventus FSCMZ booed when Nomads Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stanford Dodge didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Stanford Dodge notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Humberto Mangueira. Humberto Mangueira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sean Deaton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arlindo Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Trey Marino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Humberto Mangueira. G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Trey Marino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After some careless play in the Nomads Football Club defense, Arlindo Silveira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sean Deaton. The Nomads Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sean Deaton should have stopped the shot. After 40 minutes, Dudu Terra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the G.E. Juventus FSCMZ and the Nomads Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Dudu Terra got a free kick in the 40th minute. After the first half Nomads Football Club were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Stanford Dodge kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Stanford Dodge hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Sean Deaton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Salgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Nolan Stockton hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur de Toledo in the 74th minute of play forced Nomads Football Club's goalkeeper Sean Deaton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The tension between the Nomads Football Club and the G.E. Juventus FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Collin Trimble hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Nomads Football Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nolan Stockton in the 82nd minute. After having played for 86 minutes, Stanford Dodge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nomads Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stanford Dodge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Trey Marino charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Trey Marino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Nomads Football Club getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Trey Marino hit a great ball. Renaldo Barth's late challenge caught a G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Renaldo Barth helped the player get up and apologised. Renaldo Barth kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The G.E. Juventus FSCMZ manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Nomads Football Club to win.
