Spectators: 7527 (Terracing: 5646, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) Matias Gagriel started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Matias Gagriel came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the PI FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matias Gagriel couldn't finish the play. If Blas Ariando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the match, PI FC's Igor Quentin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Igor Quentin kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blas Ariando in the 22nd minute of play forced PI FC's goalkeeper Bernabe Christobal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matias Gagriel scored 0-2 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximiliano Honrio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bernabe Christobal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmacio Vincente in the 30th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Igor Quentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Honrio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cristobal Balasi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernabe Christobal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dalmacio Vincente in the 35th minute. PI FC's Bernabe Christobal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save PI FC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as LOS TRIPODES's Dalmacio Vincente slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bernabe Christobal. That made the score 1-2 after 40 minutes of play. A hard shot 44 in the game by Dalmacio Vincente from a close distance when the talented Bernabe Christobal managed to make a qualified save. PI FC's players were relieved. Bernabe Christobal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Ariando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the PI FC defense, Dalmacio Vincente kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernabe Christobal. The PI FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernabe Christobal should have stopped the shot. Bernabe Christobal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristobal Balasi in the 69th minute of the match. PI FC's Bernabe Christobal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Jerold in the 71st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristobal Balasi during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cristobal Balasi hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 77 minutes into the game, Matias Gagriel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maximiliano Honrio. Matias Gagriel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. After 79 minutes, Dalmacio Vincente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LOS TRIPODES and the PI FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, LOS TRIPODES's Dalmacio Vincente got a free kick in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Vincente in the 83rd minute of play forced PI FC's goalkeeper Bernabe Christobal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernabe Christobal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Ariando in the 89th minute of play. Cristobal Balasi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabe Christobal having to interfere. If Nestor Pereyra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximiliano Honrio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matias Gagriel in the 97th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see LOS TRIPODES lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
