The referee ignored KKS Legia Deptaka's protests and gave Florian Przybylo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th minute, Florian Przybylo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bogumil Banach took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Stanislaw Matela. KKS Legia Deptaka's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tymoteusz Harasimowicz made in the 15th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Fryderyk Pilarski immediately put the ball in play. A collision led to KKS Legia Deptaka getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Waldemar Dec hit a great ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Norbert Borowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. Sosnowiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norbert Borowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, F.C. Sosnowiec's Norbert Borowski got a free kick in the 26th minute. Maciej Harbaszewski kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Norbert Borowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Maciej Harbaszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 played minutes F.C. Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Maksymilian Japola. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for F.C. Sosnowiec! In the 46th minute, Iwan Adamczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teofil Domamir struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Jan Pazura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KKS Legia Deptaka. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Norbert Borowski to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, F.C. Sosnowiec's Norbert Borowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stanislaw Matela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Tymoteusz Harasimowicz in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by F.C. Sosnowiec's Walery Przybylo. Daniel Blicharz charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Tymoteusz Harasimowicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan Pazura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. The supporters of KKS Legia Deptaka booed when F.C. Sosnowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norbert Borowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Pazura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Przybylo, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Wlodzimierz Odachowski's late challenge caught a KKS Legia Deptaka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wlodzimierz Odachowski helped the player get up and apologised. After 96 minutes of play, KKS Legia Deptaka's Florian Przybylo made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Pazura was left in no man's land by his defense there!
