Kalessin's Filomeno Pello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rubim Ferrão in the 5th minute of play. After 10 played minutes Kalessin got a freekick which was hit by Justino Iraido. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Lopes in the 13th minute of play forced Kalessin's goalkeeper Filomeno Pello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, ZEZOM TEAM's Leandro Eanes got a free kick in the 14th minute. Filomeno Pello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Lopes, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lisandro Patxi during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Norberto Manso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Filomeno Pello. Kalessin's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of ZEZOM TEAM booed when Kalessin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Berenguer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucas Sesimbra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute Lucas Sesimbra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Pello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Lisandro Patxi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Filomeno Pello didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leandro Eanes went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Romeo Etxepare kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. When Clemente Lon came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Kalessin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Lon couldn't finish the play. When Lisandro Patxi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 45 minutes had been played. After 46 played minutes Kalessin got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Patxi. In the 47th minute of the match Júlio Lage shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Filomeno Pello showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Pedro Lopes made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baldomero Valery during the 57th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rubim Ferrão got free with Filomeno Pello in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Romeo Etxepare's late challenge caught a ZEZOM TEAM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Etxepare helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kalessin fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! Filomeno Pello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Lopes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ZEZOM TEAM eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
