Spectators: 7498 (Terracing: 5624, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marco Isauro kicked off to start the match. In the 10th match minute, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Osmundo to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Alo Ba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dario Barros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marco Isauro went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Dario Barros came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Dep. Union Madereros's Marco Isauro. But to his dismay, Marco Isauro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Zeledon Osmundo got a free kick in the 24th minute. Elpidio Erauso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alo Ba in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute Zeledon Osmundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Erauso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Club Dep. Union Madereros's Elpidio Erauso got control of the ball when Gilberto Guipuzkoa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dario Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Florinio in the 40th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Union Madereros's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Osmundo came free, but Elpidio Erauso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Guipuzkoa in the 45th minute of play forced Club Dep. Union Madereros's goalkeeper Elpidio Erauso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Dep. Union Madereros were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Gilberto Guipuzkoa made the kick off in the second half. Elpidio Erauso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alo Ba in the 61st minute of play. After some careless play in the Club Dep. Union Madereros defense, Zeledon Osmundo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elpidio Erauso. The Club Dep. Union Madereros fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elpidio Erauso should have stopped the shot. After 67 played minutes BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Figueroa. The supporters of Club Dep. Union Madereros booed when BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Ioritz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the game, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Alo Ba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elpidio Erauso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After 78 minutes of play, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Zeledon Osmundo made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elpidio Erauso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alo Ba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Erauso having to interfere. In the 86th match minute, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Andrade to maneuver through the defense. Club Dep. Union Madereros's Nemesio Sazon couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 87th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB. 89 minutes into the game, Arnulfo Barea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Dep. Union Madereros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB the free kick. Arnulfo Barea hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After 92 played minutes Club Dep. Union Madereros got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Oinatz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alo Ba in the 96th minute of play forced Club Dep. Union Madereros's goalkeeper Elpidio Erauso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
