Tetra Pack FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 16 minutes into the match, Prospero Fidele had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eitautas Zakaras. FC COSA NOSTRA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prospero Fidele was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Alfredo Oier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Einaras Brūzga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prospero Fidele got free with Eitautas Zakaras in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algirdas Brazauskas in the 22nd minute of play forced Tetra Pack FC's goalkeeper Alfredo Oier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prospero Fidele hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. A collision led to FC COSA NOSTRA getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Einaras Brūzga hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the match, FC COSA NOSTRA's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Fidele came free, but Eitautas Zakaras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Algirdas Brazauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Oier having to interfere. Domingo Gaitano hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Alfredo Oier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. With a little luck, FC COSA NOSTRA's Eitautas Zakaras got control of the ball when Prospero Fidele tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Tetra Pack FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC COSA NOSTRA were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Algirdas Brazauskas to make the kick off. Prospero Fidele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eitautas Zakaras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Fidele in the 70th minute of play. In the 74th minute, FC COSA NOSTRA's Einaras Brūzga dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-4. Lauras Alesiūnas kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Prospero Fidele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Einaras Brūzga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Oier having to interfere. Prospero Fidele took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eitautas Zakaras. Eitautas Zakaras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-4. After some careless play in the FC COSA NOSTRA defense, Nereo Gaur kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eitautas Zakaras. The FC COSA NOSTRA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eitautas Zakaras should have stopped the shot. Prospero Fidele took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eitautas Zakaras. Eitautas Zakaras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-4. Alfredo Oier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredas Malakauskas in the 94th minute of play. FC COSA NOSTRA's Benjaminas Jasinskas got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Tetra Pack FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
