After 8 played minutes, STARGARD FC's Bruno Wiederhold shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Charlie Baque came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in STARGARD FC reached it. In the 9th minute, Gilles Patron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jim Hautecœur kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Immanuel Lingenfelder took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Charlie Baque. Charlie Baque dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, SILMONT's Brendan Cardot got a free kick in the 18th minute. Brendan Cardot in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Roque Reuter, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 33 minutes into the game, STARGARD FC's Bruno Wiederhold nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Charlie Baque made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Immanuel Lingenfelder's late challenge caught a SILMONT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Immanuel Lingenfelder helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to STARGARD FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Immanuel Lingenfelder hit a great ball. After 39 played minutes SILMONT got a freekick which was hit by Maximilien Houillon. Brendan Cardot struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Roque Reuter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SILMONT. A collision led to STARGARD FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Bruno Wiederhold hit a great ball. With 47 minutes on the clock, Jim Hautecœur commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Charlie Baque took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hardi Girrbach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Karsten Wins made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Karsten Wins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Charlie Baque was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 70th minute of the game Rigo Stossun made a throw-in which Bruno Wiederhold played forward. Brendan Cardot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in STARGARD FC's zone, Brendan Cardot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roque Reuter came out of the goal and Brendan Cardot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 79 minutes into the game, Maximilien Houillon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SILMONT's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave STARGARD FC the free kick. A collision led to SILMONT getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Maximilien Houillon hit a great ball. In the 82nd match minute, SILMONT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rayan Marx to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rigo Stossun got free with Charlie Baque in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, SILMONT's Rayan Marx got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 90th minute Karsten Wins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlie Baque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zinedine Blanchin during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Charlie Baque made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Karsten Wins sent off a good shot on target. Charlie Baque made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karsten Wins in the 97th minute. STARGARD FC played a much better game than SILMONT and deserved their victory. The SILMONT players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
