Spectators: 7472 (Terracing: 5607, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 147) After a defensive mix-up in Fcion C.A.'s zone, Célio Dionísio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Reynardo came out of the goal and Célio Dionísio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cleiton Rosado charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cleiton Rosado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th match minute, Los Bacanas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleiton Rosado to maneuver through the defense. Fcion C.A.'s Amancio Duarte got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 9 minutes into the match, Los Bacanas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Romano came free, but Luiz Fábio Leme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luiz Fábio Leme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonides Rubio in the 14th minute of play. Luiz Fábio Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Sanson, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, Los Bacanas FC's Bernardo Peixoto got a free kick in the 29th minute. Igor Reynardo was a little too slow when Basílio Couto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Amor in the 37th minute of play forced Los Bacanas FC's goalkeeper Luiz Fábio Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Romano in the 45th minute of play forced Los Bacanas FC's goalkeeper Luiz Fábio Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Fulgencio Romano made the kick off in the second half. Nilson Massa charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 54th minute, Nilson Massa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Basílio Couto struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Igor Reynardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Bacanas FC. Octavio Olando kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Fcion C.A.'s Igor Reynardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basílio Couto in the 60th minute of play. After 61 minutes, Célio Dionísio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Bacanas FC and the Fcion C.A. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Célio Dionísio kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Luiz Fábio Leme came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Fcion C.A.'s Fulgencio Romano. But to his dismay, Fulgencio Romano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Luiz Fábio Leme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Romano in the 75th minute of the match. Lino Sanson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fábio Leme having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Luiz Fábio Leme successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Luiz Fábio Leme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fulgencio Romano in the 85th minute. Fcion C.A. were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
