Poetass FC's Percival Souto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Poetass FC from getting a goal against them. In the 12th minute Delmar Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Percival Souto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Duardo got free with Percival Souto in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eusébio Valladares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Pirmin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adriano Botelho went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 27 played minutes CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Duardo. 31 minutes into the game, Eusébio Valladares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Jonathan Pirmin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 34th minute of the game, Delmar Gabrio landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Sérgio Tróia fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Poetass FC's protests and gave Sérgio Tróia a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Poetass FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Agnaldo Vieira hit a great ball. The supporters of CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ booed when Poetass FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agnaldo Vieira didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Felipe Duardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Pirmin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano Botelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
