Lucio Lastur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Polo Gandara, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Gutierre Avina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucio Lastur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ovando Fandiño went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Gutierre Avina might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucio Lastur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gutierre Avina ran back to his position shaking his head. Lucio Lastur made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Gutierre Avina sent off a good shot on target. After 25 minutes Oylimpiamos Ψ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andres Clementi who took care of the corner kick. Andres Clementi made a great header on Lunatico F.C's corner, it was just that Oylimpiamos Ψ's Santi Villafranca managed to reach the ball for a save. Lucio Lastur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adolfo Cardeiro in the 29th minute. Gutierre Avina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Lucio Lastur made a huge save. Polo Gandara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Lucio Lastur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rene Gorri to strike the kick off in the second half. Matias Urtzi struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Santi Villafranca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lunatico F.C. Oscar Playo kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Lucio Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gutierre Avina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gutierre Avina came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Oylimpiamos Ψ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gutierre Avina couldn't finish the play. In the 76th minute, Polo Gandara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oylimpiamos Ψ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Gutierre Avina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucio Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Polo Gandara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Gutierre Avina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucio Lastur. Lunatico F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gutierre Avina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After a rather tough play, Oylimpiamos Ψ's Evis Rafecas got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
