Spectators: 7477 (Terracing: 5609, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) When Mero Barbadillo fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's protests and gave Mero Barbadillo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 6thth minute of the game Baiona Gargante who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Variante Delta's Lalo Blanquel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's zone, Oscar Villatoro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vasco Larrangos came out of the goal and Oscar Villatoro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Baiona Gargante put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lalo Blanquel. In the 19th minute, Rubio Villapadierna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st minute, Marciano Nogueira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vasco Larrangos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Variante Delta's goalkeeper Lalo Blanquel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Baiona Gargante did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-1 to the left of a surprised Lalo Blanquel 29 minutes into the match. In the 32nd match minute, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horacio Barcaiztegui to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Villatoro in the 45th minute of play forced Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Vasco Larrangos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mero Barbadillo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

After 53 played minutes Club Dep. Soc. Rodo got a freekick which was hit by Ipar Monzonis. Vasco Larrangos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júnior Trans in the 54th minute of the match. The supporters of Variante Delta booed when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ipar Monzonis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute, Mero Barbadillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vasco Larrangos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bilintx Cerdeira in the 62nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baiona Gargante in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lalo Blanquel saved Variante Delta from getting behind. Lalo Blanquel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rubio Villapadierna in the 67th minute of play. Rubio Villapadierna struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Lalo Blanquel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Dep. Soc. Rodo. The Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Baiona Gargante looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Baiona Gargante's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lalo Blanquel was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baiona Gargante in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lalo Blanquel saved Variante Delta from getting behind. Lalo Blanquel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baiona Gargante's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Lalo Blanquel came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Baiona Gargante. But to his dismay, Baiona Gargante quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. After 97 minutes of play, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Baiona Gargante made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lalo Blanquel was left in no man's land by his defense there!
