Fidel Ixona could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Adrianinho Arósio made a huge save. In the 11thth minute of the game Ernani Paraense who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Argon's Roque Montrelle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13th minute, Almir Trigo made a precise shot to the right of Roque Montrelle. Argon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Adrianinho Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Adrio in the 16th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fidel Ixona got free with Adrianinho Arósio in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. BURITIS FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Melquiades Adrio scored to the left of an out of position Adrianinho Arósio, making the score, 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Almir Trigo during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Almir Trigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luisinho Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Adrianinho Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Adrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. BURITIS FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Melquiades Adrio scored to the left of an out of position Adrianinho Arósio, making the score, 4-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fidel Ixona to strike the kick off in the second half. Roque Montrelle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernani Paraense in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, BURITIS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Adrio came free, but Adrianinho Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Adrio in the 59th minute of play forced BURITIS FC's goalkeeper Adrianinho Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 minutes of play, Argon's Melquiades Adrio made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adrianinho Arósio was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the BURITIS FC defense, Melquiades Adrio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adrianinho Arósio. The BURITIS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adrianinho Arósio should have stopped the shot. After 70 played minutes BURITIS FC got a freekick which was hit by Juarês Palmeira. Adrianinho Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Adrio in the 72nd minute of play. In the 72nd match minute, BURITIS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernani Paraense to maneuver through the defense. Adrianinho Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Ixona in the 73rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, BURITIS FC's Almir Trigo got a free kick in the 75th minute.
