Angelo Libertad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Ronaldão Souza made a huge save. When Adhemar da Silveira came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adhemar da Silveira couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's zone, Geronimo Janpier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronaldão Souza came out of the goal and Geronimo Janpier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guadalupe Fernández who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Ronaldão Souza when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Guadalupe Fernández took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Ronaldão Souza to make any attempt to save it. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Ronaldão Souza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA from getting a goal against them. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Ronaldão Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Libertad in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute of the match Paulo Renato Goiano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roque Sarracino skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Guadalupe Fernández managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chacarita Futsal's supporters rose to their feet, but Guadalupe Fernández was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronaldão Souza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. Roque Sarracino came out of the goal and Hílton Abraão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adhemar da Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Roque Sarracino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Chacarita Futsal's goal looked a bit too open when Hílton Abraão came free, but Roque Sarracino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guadalupe Fernández received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ronaldão Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Chacarita Futsal's Jonathan Loreto got a free kick in the 97th minute. With an all-out effort, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Roque Sarracino threw himself towards the right post 99 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hílton Abraão, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
