Spectators: 7584 (Terracing: 5689, Seating: 1744, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gregg Beer kicked off to start the match. Romulo Chorache hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. The long shot by Gregg Beer in the 3rd minute really tested Arsenio Canor's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 6 minutes into the game, Gregg Beer lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Arsenio Canor. When Antonio Ramos fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Copérnico F.C.'s protests and gave Antonio Ramos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, one of Copérnico F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Copérnico F.C.. Copérnico F.C.'s Arsenio Canor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregg Beer in the 14th minute of play. Alexander Quinnell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Polentzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Lewis Laycock ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arsenio Canor. Arsenio Canor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Arsenio Canor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gregg Beer went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Arsenio Canor made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Loud Ashby sent off a good shot on target. When AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Gregg Beer in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Copérnico F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Copérnico F.C.'s Anacleto Cisco got a free kick in the 36th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gregg Beer got free with Arsenio Canor in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 41 minutes into the match, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Qwinton came free, but Alexander Quinnell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arsenio Canor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregg Beer, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute, Ermegildo Polentzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Copérnico F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ermegildo Polentzi was the one to do the kick off. Loud Ashby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the game, Gregg Beer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Arsenio Canor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 65 played minutes Copérnico F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Ramos. Lewis Laycock scored 6-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arsenio Canor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 70th match minute, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregg Beer to maneuver through the defense. Lewis Laycock's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arsenio Canor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. When AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Gregg Beer in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Copérnico F.C.'s Antonio Ramos got his second yellow card of the match in the 86th minute. The referee ordered Antonio Ramos off the ground. In the 87th minute there was a penalty for AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB. Gregg Beer stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Arsenio Canor. 7-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregg Beer in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arsenio Canor saved Copérnico F.C. from getting behind. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB fans cheered their team off the field, for while Copérnico F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
