After a rather tough play, S.C.CHUÍ's Cláudio Sabóia got a free kick in the 12th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Raúl Sá recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Luiz Cunha. Raúl Sá showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When Cláudio Sabóia was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 24 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, S.C.CHUÍ's Cláudio Sabóia got a free kick in the 25th minute. Edgar Veloso struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Pedro Luiz Cunha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mosqueteiros 4EVER. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raúl Sá in the 32nd minute of play forced S.C.CHUÍ's goalkeeper Pedro Luiz Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Luiz Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raúl Sá in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of S.C.CHUÍ booed when Mosqueteiros 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurício Braga didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 played minutes S.C.CHUÍ got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Teixeira. S.C.CHUÍ's Pedro Luiz Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raúl Sá in the 43rd minute of play. Pedro Luiz Cunha made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Raúl Sá sent off a good shot on target. Nildo Xavier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuca da Costa having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

A collision led to S.C.CHUÍ getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. S.C.CHUÍ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Veloso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Nildo Xavier struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Samuca da Costa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.C.CHUÍ. After 58 minutes, Jairo Pitta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mosqueteiros 4EVER and the S.C.CHUÍ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jairo Pitta hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Pedro Luiz Cunha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jairo Pitta kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nildo Xavier couldn't finish the play. S.C.CHUÍ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
