The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zbyszek Ludwiczak during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Boguslaw Wodaszak was substituted for Zbyszek Ludwiczak. After 4 played minutes Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszek Ludwiczak. 5 minutes into the match, Erik Freitas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Izydor Walec. Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erik Freitas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 14th minute Lucjan Domala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mazinho Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, LauerArmy's Rony Ramalho got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 15 played minutes Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Boguslaw Wodaszak. Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Emil Milan was substituted for Tytus Madajczyk. The supporters of LauerArmy booed when Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tytus Madajczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's goalkeeper Izydor Walec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erik Freitas. Wawrzyniec Rozanski's late challenge caught a LauerArmy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wawrzyniec Rozanski helped the player get up and apologised. Mazinho Dionísio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugon Drab, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 27 played minutes Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Stasio Brudzisz. After a rather tough play, LauerArmy's Guga Freire got a free kick in the 30th minute. Mazinho Dionísio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boguslaw Wodaszak in the 36th minute of the match. In the 38th match minute, LauerArmy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Freitas to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romeu Prado got free with Izydor Walec in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mazinho Dionísio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lech Rzentkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erik Freitas to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Falcão Cabral in the 64th minute of play forced Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's goalkeeper Izydor Walec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Izydor Walec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Freitas in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Milan to maneuver through the defense. After 69 minutes, Stasio Brudzisz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin and the LauerArmy players grew even worse after the yellow card. Stasio Brudzisz hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Paulo Renato Valladares fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 71st minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. Erik Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Izydor Walec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Franciszek Pilarczyk hit a great ball. Izydor Walec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Freitas in the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Paulo Renato Valladares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Izydor Walec. Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo Renato Valladares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The LauerArmy fans cheered their team off the field, for while Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
