Vladimiro Nisio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Tonio in the 10th minute of play. Elias Chap recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th match minute, AC LeX Luthor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Tonio to maneuver through the defense. Reynaldo Elivareo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. With a little luck, AC LeX Luthor's Gavino Garaona got control of the ball when Orlando Vergaray tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st minute Santamarina AFC were awarded a corner. In the 37th minute, Elias Chap left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC LeX Luthor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Eriberto Elixio kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Santamarina AFC's zone, Jesus Tonio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimiro Nisio came out of the goal and Jesus Tonio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th match minute, Santamarina AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Vergaray to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

52 minutes into the game, Horacio Sanduru recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vladimiro Nisio. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Eleazar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Vladimiro Nisio made a huge save. Tiburcio Cordeara's late challenge caught a AC LeX Luthor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiburcio Cordeara helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Santamarina AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave AC LeX Luthor a penalty, 84 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jesus Tonio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Santamarina AFC's Vladimiro Nisio. 0-9. Vladimiro Nisio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Tonio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saverio Colon during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Santamarina AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Colon to maneuver through the defense. Vladimiro Nisio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Tonio in the 98th minute of the match. The Santamarina AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AC LeX Luthor were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
