The tension between the Khalkedon FK and the Chacarita Jrs players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ayhan İnciroğlu got his second yellow card in the match during the 39th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Justo Berdoi was the one to do the kick off.
