An unexpectedly hard shot by Almir Damião in the 3rd minute of play forced HALO HANGZHOU's goalkeeper 郭天枫 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th match minute, Mamutes EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silas Pena to maneuver through the defense. HALO HANGZHOU's 彭泉坚 got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 彭泉坚 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafael Godoi having to make a save. After 13 played minutes Mamutes EC got a freekick which was hit by Charles Souto. 郭天枫 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Albuquerque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. HALO HANGZHOU's 郭天枫 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Almir Damião in the 21st minute of play. Almir Damião hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. A collision led to HALO HANGZHOU getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. 杜皓凡 hit a great ball. When Mamutes EC's Dé Lira in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye HALO HANGZHOU's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Mamutes EC's Alexsandro da Silveira got a free kick in the 30th minute. The supporters of Mamutes EC booed when HALO HANGZHOU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. 贺亮庭 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 39 minutes, 彭泉坚 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HALO HANGZHOU's supporters crossed their fingers, but 彭泉坚 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. HALO HANGZHOU's 郭天枫 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Albuquerque in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mamutes EC's Júlio Albuquerque got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 48thth minute of the game Dé Lira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HALO HANGZHOU's 郭天枫 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 彭泉坚 was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Almir Damião kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving 郭天枫. That made the score 1-1 in the 63 minute of play. In the 66th minute Almir Damião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 郭天枫 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, HALO HANGZHOU's 彭泉坚 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafael Godoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A very good chance. 魏建榕 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Rafael Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 97 minutes, 贺亮庭 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HALO HANGZHOU and the Mamutes EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mamutes EC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
