Spectators: 7448 (Terracing: 5587, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 148) Carpathian Wolves's Niculae Arbore started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Codrin Aalexoaiei hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the match, Carpathian Wolves's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Claus came free, but Nichifor Ogică reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Carpathian Wolves's goalkeeper Nichifor Ogică had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudio Librado. Nichifor Ogică made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leandro Su in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Niculae Arbore notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Guns And Roses's Astor Garaona. Astor Garaona was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leandro Su could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Nichifor Ogică made a huge save. Aaron Selatse charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Selatse the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, Aaron Selatse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the game, Gigi Miclescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Astor Garaona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 35 played minutes Carpathian Wolves got a freekick which was hit by Petrică Milea. Astor Garaona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niculae Arbore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Miclescu in the 44th minute of play forced Guns And Roses's goalkeeper Astor Garaona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joaquin Claus to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Niculae Arbore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Guns And Roses booed when Carpathian Wolves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduard Rusu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Casimiro Cerilo came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Guns And Roses fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casimiro Cerilo couldn't finish the play. Carpathian Wolves's Nichifor Ogică played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Claus in the 55th minute of play. With a little luck, Guns And Roses's Astor Garaona got control of the ball when Niculae Arbore tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Codrin Aalexoaiei in the 60th minute of play forced Guns And Roses's goalkeeper Astor Garaona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nichifor Ogică showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Claus in the 61st minute of the match. Eduard Rusu hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Nichifor Ogică took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Su, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 66 played minutes Guns And Roses got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Claus. An unexpectedly hard shot by Codrin Aalexoaiei in the 72nd minute of play forced Guns And Roses's goalkeeper Astor Garaona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nichifor Ogică came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Guns And Roses's Joaquin Claus. But to his dismay, Joaquin Claus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Codrin Aalexoaiei kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Niculae Arbores short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Astor Garaona to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Niculae Arbore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Garaona having to interfere. Eber Ludueña kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The Carpathian Wolves supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Carpathian Wolves would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
