Lucjan Porajewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Bittor in the 12th minute of the match. Hector Jakes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartlomiej Karwowski in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Paulo Bittor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Lucjan Porajewski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lucjan Porajewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Bittor's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. When Bartlomiej Karwowski fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wataha Zielona Góra's protests and gave Bartlomiej Karwowski a yellow card for diving instead. Hector Gizon scored 0-3 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucjan Porajewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 26 minutes, Fryderyk Zawacki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wataha Zielona Góra and the CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE players grew even worse after the yellow card. Paulo Bittor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucjan Porajewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Austin in the 29th minute of play forced Wataha Zielona Góra's goalkeeper Lucjan Porajewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Paulo Bittor made a precise shot to the right of Lucjan Porajewski. Wataha Zielona Góra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Lucjan Porajewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Bittor's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. After 40 minutes, Paulo Bittor made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Wataha Zielona Góra's Lucjan Porajewski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulo Bittor to make the kick off. Lucjan Porajewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Bittor, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Bittor got free with Lucjan Porajewski in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Severino Oinatz fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Lucjan Porajewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Bittor in the 68th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo Bittor in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucjan Porajewski saved Wataha Zielona Góra from getting behind. When Carolo Austin came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carolo Austin couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Paulo Bittor sped through Wataha Zielona Góra's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lucjan Porajewski. Maksymilian Banas charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maksymilian Banas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Paulo Bittors short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Lucjan Porajewski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 80thth minute of the game Carolo Austin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wataha Zielona Góra's Lucjan Porajewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lucjan Porajewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Bittor in the 82nd minute of play. Ismael Laurentzi charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ismael Laurentzi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lucjan Porajewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Gizon in the 94th minute of play. CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
