Spectators: 7481 (Terracing: 5612, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Siro Claris kicked off to start the match. Hector Jakes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anier Lizbeth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hilario Lon hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Jeremias Blanco, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 10th minute, Diego Menendo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Denis Salvadore during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Denis Salvadore hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Jeremias Blanco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hector Jakes, 1-0. Hector Jakes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Lizbeth in the 23rd minute of the match. Hector Jakes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Claris in the 24th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Hector Jakes threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Siro Claris, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Jeremias Blanco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hector Jakes made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Jeremias Blanco sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Siro Claris took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Hector Jakes to make any attempt to save it. Hector Jakes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siro Claris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulo Bittor was the one to do the kick off. Hector Jakes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Blanco, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 73rd minute, Siro Claris made a precise shot to the right of Hector Jakes. CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 76th minute, Denis Salvadore left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Muñes de Don Cuco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siro Claris in the 78th minute of play forced CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE's goalkeeper Hector Jakes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE's Hector Jakes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Mikeldi in the 80th minute of play. But to his dismay, Anier Lizbeth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Hector Jakes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Mikeldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Mikeldi came free, but Hector Jakes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Los Muñes de Don Cuco players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
