Hector Jakes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lukasz Kociniewski in the 82nd minute. CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE's Carolo Austin got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Grasshoppers Klucze's Edward Luty dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. In the 94th minute, Lukasz Kociniewski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hector Jakes. The goal made the score 1-7. In the 98th minute Iwan Zurawski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Jakes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grasshoppers Klucze played a much better game than CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE and deserved their victory. The CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
