Spectators: 7520 (Terracing: 5641, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) Boran Münib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achim Schuchter, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 5 minutes into the game, LOTUS's Ali Erdem Tümkan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronnie Kapzan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A collision led to Borussia Ostermoordorf getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Rouven Teuwen hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the match, LOTUS's goalkeeper Boran Münib had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnd Altmann. After 13 minutes, Ali Erdem Tümkan made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Borussia Ostermoordorf's Ronnie Kapzan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ali Erdem Tümkan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronnie Kapzan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. A collision led to Borussia Ostermoordorf getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ernst Weißbach hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, LOTUS's Ali Numan Işın broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ronnie Kapzan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Numan Işın, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 35 played minutes Borussia Ostermoordorf got a freekick which was hit by Arnd Altmann. The supporters of Borussia Ostermoordorf booed when LOTUS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Necaettin Daman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fulko Kage took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Boran Münib. LOTUS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fulko Kage hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joachim Grebe to make the kick off. Ronnie Kapzan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Erdem Tümkan in the 53rd minute of the match. Arnd Altmann hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, LOTUS's Gencay Ganim got a free kick in the 57th minute. After 62 played minutes LOTUS got a freekick which was hit by Necaettin Daman. If Arnd Altmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 66 in the game by Ali Erdem Tümkan from a close distance when the talented Ronnie Kapzan managed to make a qualified save. Borussia Ostermoordorf's players were relieved. Ali Erdem Tümkan in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ronnie Kapzan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Boran Münib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joachim Grebe in the 73rd minute of the match. After 76 played minutes LOTUS got a freekick which was hit by Andaç Bakanay. In the 78th match minute, Borussia Ostermoordorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samon Hellrung to maneuver through the defense. Boran Münib came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Borussia Ostermoordorf's Joachim Grebe. But to his dismay, Joachim Grebe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Ernst Weißbach's late challenge caught a LOTUS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernst Weißbach helped the player get up and apologised. Ernst Weißbach hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Ronnie Kapzan made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Ali Numan Işın sent off a good shot on target. After 95 minutes of play, LOTUS's Ali Numan Işın made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronnie Kapzan was left in no man's land by his defense there! LOTUS made a substitution. Fadıl Ruçhan replaced Mustafa Numan İzgü. The Borussia Ostermoordorf fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. LOTUS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
